Last week in stretch, we rolled through 16 resistance stretches, and really focused in on opening of the hips to release tension, stress, increase muscle strength and balance.

After all, it is said all negative energy and tightness are stored in our hips!! And hey, it makes sense because after we opened up, the entire class experienced more fluidity in their movements and expressed they felt stronger, more balanced and were able to significantly increase their forms in the remainder of the class.
