Last week in our Balance Alignment and Motion class we compared the difference between the medieval method of toe walking versus our current method of heel to toe walking.
If you have continued to practice toe walking over the last week you have probably noticed how much more engaged your calves are and how you must maintain good posture to toe walk.
In class this week we will share two different methods for working on your feet. One with therapy balls. The other with no props.
You can decide if one is more effective for you than the other. Maybe you want to do both.
Your feet represent approximately 25% of your total bones. These methods will provide your entire body with huge benefits in a small amount of time.
